Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Malaysia only, including:
- Peninsular Malaysia
- Sabah & Sarawak
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

- Free shipping is available for orders above RM250.
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Issues

Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender
- If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. A reshipping fee may apply.
